Other Rate Information:
Discount available for longer than 1 month stay. One month rent and security deposit due at signing. If renting for multiple months the balance will be due 30 days prior to occupancy. We ask for a $500 security deposit, out of which we cover the $100 application fee that Cypress Woods requires and the $100 cleaning fee. The balance of $300 will be returned.
The only additional fee is $150 if you would like to transfer the golf membership.
